What we do

At Love Meets Coffee CIC, we believe wellbeing and connection can grow through simple, meaningful moments.

Our activities are designed to bring people together, reduce isolation, encourage confidence and self-acceptance, and support emotional and physical wellbeing.

We create inclusive experiences where people can participate at their own pace, whether that means joining in fully or simply being in the room.

Community connection

Sometimes connection begins with something as simple as sitting together over a cup of coffee or tea.

Our community gatherings create welcoming opportunities for people to meet, talk, listen, laugh and spend time together.

There is no pressure to participate in a particular way. People are welcome to join a conversation, take part in an activity, or simply enjoy being around others.

Movement and physical wellbeing

We use movement as a joyful and inclusive way to support physical and emotional wellbeing.

  • Zumba
  • Chair Zumba
  • Gentle movement
  • Music and dance
  • Hand and body coordination
  • Balloon movement activities

Sessions can be adapted for different ages, abilities and levels of mobility. The focus is not on being perfect. It is about moving, smiling, connecting and enjoying the moment together.

Emotional wellbeing

We create gentle opportunities for people to slow down, reconnect and take a moment for themselves.

  • Simple breathing exercises
  • Mindfulness
  • Gratitude
  • Relaxation
  • Gentle reflection
  • Compassionate listening

Love Meets Coffee is not a therapy service. Where someone may benefit from additional support, we can encourage appropriate signposting towards relevant community or professional services.

Creativity and shared experiences

Creativity can open conversations, build confidence and bring people together.

  • Painting and drawing
  • Poetry and reading
  • Music
  • Puzzles
  • Crafts
  • Seasonal community activities

People do not need previous experience. The purpose is simply to participate, explore, connect and enjoy.
